Methods
We work with our successful Holistic Procedure Model, which we classify into five steps:

1. Assignment of tasks and aims

First we talk about our common goal and the task assignments. We work by means of structured interviews.

2. Strategy check

The strategy check is used as an early indicator of the insight we gain about the present situation. It gains special importance by the choice of methods to be used, for example the analysis of strength and weakness. („SWOT – Analysis“)

3. Procedures and schedule

We suggest you a precise plan of procedures and schedules and also point out which other means of action are possible.

4. The implementation

This step consists of several activities, e.g. scheduling, use of resources, individual training, coaching.

5. Feedback

To keep the training curve positive, we balance expectations and results. The gained insight determines future actions. Management of Change: To manage changes means to shape transitions in a positive way and protect the reached goal for a long term.
